3.11.0	Hegemony's Era now has 135-145 to 160-175 added Physical Damage (from 165-175 to 185-205). Additionally, due to chances of the basetype's chance to critically strike, it now has 10-20% increased Critical Strike Chance (from 20-30%).
3.8.0	Several Staves are now classified as Warstaves. Warstaves can no longer roll caster-related modifiers, while Staves retain their old mod generation behaviour.
3.7.0	Now has (165-175) to (185-205) added physical damage, to account for basetype changes. Existing versions can be updated using a Divine Orb. Certain staff base types can no longer roll spell-based mods such as added damage for spells or increased spell damage. Their base attack speeds have been slightly increased, and their damage decreased to compensate. This affects all existing versions of these base types. 2.6.0	Base type implicit mod increased to 18% Chance to Block (up from 12%). Base type critical strike chance decreased to 6.1% (down from 6.6%).
