In addition to other sources of Damage over Time, it now affects damaging Ailments inflicted by supported skills, and reduces their duration. It now grants 25% more Damage over Time for supported skills at gem level 1 (up from 20%) and 44% more Damage over time at gem level 20 (up from 39%).
