Fractured item

Fractured items are found in the Synthesis league. They are items and equipment that contains permanently fixed modifiers. They can be used to create synthesised items.

How to obtain

Rare Fractured items can be found in memory zones found in Acts and maps and memories in the Memory Nexus.

Certain uniques are dropped as fractured items.

Mechanics

• Fractured items can have one to three permanent mods. These mods cannot be removed or changed in any way.
• Fractured items can be used in the Synthesiser with two other Rare fractured items of the same item class (Ex. gloves, thrusting swords, etc.) to create a synthesised item, which have special implicit modifiers based on the mods of the fractured items.
• Fractured items cannot be turned into unique items with an Orb of ChanceOrb of ChanceStack Size: 20Upgrades a normal item to a random rarityRight click this item then left click a normal item to apply it.. Fractured items cannot drop as a Shaper or Elder item.

3.8.0	If you're lucky, Zana will now offer 5 new unique maps as part of her missions. Each map contains a boss encounter originally from the Synthesis league, and each can drop unique items originally exclusive to that league. Note, you cannot obtain Fractured items, nor will you have any access to the Synthesiser.
3.6.3	Fractured Items now drop from all Memory Nexus areas, rather than just Decaying areas.
