Tempest Shield

Skill Functions and Interactions

Damage on Blocking: This spell will damage the attacker whenever you successfully block any direct attack or spell (assuming you have passives or an item with to allow blocking of spells).

Necromantic Aegis does not cause Tempest Shield to be applied to Minions. The block chance will be lost and Tempest Shield can no longer deal damage because you are not using a shield.

Unlike Auras Tempest Shield does not travel between areas and needs to be reactivated everytime the area has been changed.

Life Leech and Mana Leech will work when Tempest Shield is triggered, although the amounts returned may very well appear too insignificant to notice.
