Great Meginord of the North, or just Meginord, is a figure only mentioned in the flavour text of unique item, or part of the item name:

The name is probably refers to Megingjörð (literally power-belt), the belt of Norse mythology god, Thor. Except Meginord's ViseMeginord's Vise

Megin means power in Norse, while nord in some language means North. The flavour texts indicated that Meginord ruled the northern portion of Wraeclast. However, it is not sure the dev intended to call the figure "north-north", or actually want ord as the deformed from of gjörð.
