Uber Hillock

There is a very low chance (~0.14% or 1 in ~700 ^[1]) for Hillock to be replaced by a more difficult version of himself, known by the community as "Uber Hillock". The generic sword normally found on his chest is replaced with Oni-GoroshiOni-Goroshi

Due to the extreme rarity and difficulty of his encounter, discerning exiles may follow the following steps to obtain Oni-Goroshi:

Create a character with the Scion class. This is because the Scion will have access to the skill Spectral ThrowSpectral ThrowAttack, Projectile
Level: (1-20)
Cost: (5-9) Mana
Attack Speed: 110% of base
Attack Damage: (100-150)% of base
Effectiveness of Added Damage: (100-150)%Throws a spectral copy of your melee weapon. It flies out and then returns to you, in a spinning attack that damages enemies in its path.
Additional Effects From 1-20% Quality:
Projectiles that have Pierced deal (0.5-10)% more DamagePlace into an item socket of the right colour to gain this skill. Right click to remove from a socket. and movement speed passive skills. Enter The Twilight Strand (Act 1) and kill Hillock. Do not enter Lioneye's Watch. Exit to character selection.
Create another character, repeating the same process until you have created 4 Scion characters. This is because The Twilight Strand's instance resets every 90 seconds, a far lower period than most other areas. With 4 characters, you are able to cycle between the four characters with no downtime. With these 4 characters, cycle between them and level each to at least level 7. This is because Uber Hillock is more likely to appear to higher level characters.
Once you have 4 level 7 characters, run each of them in cycles rushing straight to the end of the area, checking if Uber Hillock is present, and exiting to character selection if he isn't present.
Once you encounter Uber Hillock (~8 hours of /played time on average ^[1]), make sure to "kite" him from as far a distance as possible as to stay out of the range of his Leap SlamLeap SlamAttack, AoE, Movement, Travel, Slam, Melee

Additional Effects From 1-20% Quality:
(2-40)% increased Stun Duration against Enemies that are on Full LifePlace into an item socket of the right colour to gain this skill. Right click to remove from a socket. attack which can summon deadly zombies. Failure to do so may result in him summoning so many zombies that the instance is effectively "bricked" - i.e. that he has spawned so many zombies that it is no longer feasibly possible to complete the encounter.
