Mechanics

3.0.0	The following changes can be obtained by rerolling the item's mods with a Divine Orb: No longer has Lightning Damage Leeched as Mana during Flask Effect. The following changes affect existing items automatically: The Shock aura now increases damage taken by 10%, but the Shock on the player still increases damage taken by 50%.
2.2.0	Vessel of Vinktar has been reduced to 20% Life and Mana leech. It no longer grants "Leech applies instantly during Flask effect". It also consumes more charges when used, so you cannot use the flask twice per fill any more.
