Mechanics

Spirit charges, unlike other basic charges, offer no buffs or benefits without being triggered by either Abyss helm.

To maximize the benefit gained from having spirit charges, you may want to prevent Spirit Burst from triggering and spending spirit charges. This can be done by adding a cost to the skill that you are unable to pay, for instance by supporting it with Archmage Support and Lifetap Support while allocating Chaos Inoculation. Otherwise you can use a method of dealing damage that does not use skills frequently, such as Cyclone or Triggered skills.

Spirit Burst is a spell, and thus is disabled while wearing Gruthkul's Pelt.

Item acquisition

Lightpoacher has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.
