Innervate Support

Innervate is a support gem that adds x% chance to shock to supported skills, and gives the Onslaught buff for x seconds on killing a shocked enemy. The percentage chance to shock, as well as the duration of the Onslaught buff, are based on the level of the Innervate support gem.
