Mechanics
Glorious Madness inflicts a random Touched Debuff every second
The touched debuffs are Diluting Touch, Eroding Touch, Paralysing Touch, Wasting Touch. Debuffs inflicted by Glorious Madness have a duration of 20 seconds, which is refreshed each time a stack is added, or would be added while the debuff is at maximum stacks. These debuffs can stack up to ten times. Action Speed does not affect the debuff stack acquisition.
Embrace Madness cannot be supported by Less Duration Support. The acquired stacks count as a Debuff and are affected by an Expiration rate.
8 seconds to Cooldown while you have Glorious Madness
This affects the time you must wait before activating Embrace Madness again after ending Glorious Madness.
