The mod and mod modifiers on Edge of Madness, add 3.055 DPS per level to the weapon itself.

As a level 99 character, Edge of Madness would be the equivalent of a 492.5 DPS weapon.
The mod and mod modifiers on Edge of Madness do not add damage to the weapon itself. As global modifiers they instead grant up to 100 to 200 Physical Damage to Attacks and 100% increased Chaos Damage to a level 100 character.
