Ascendancy Notable Passive Skill
Enemies near corpses you Spawned Recently are Chilled and Shocked
2% increased Attack and Cast Speed for each corpse Consumed Recently, up to a maximum of 200% [1]

Corpse Pact is a Notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Necromancer that grants increased attack and cast speed per corpsed consumed recently. It also causes corpses you spawn to have increased maximum life and causes corpses you've spawned recently to inflict chill and shock nearby enemies. Corpse Pact counts as applying new instances of Shock and Chill when a corpse is generated, which is relevant for modifiers such as the one found on StormfireStormfire

Enemies are shocked for 15% increased damage taken and chilled for 10% slow; these can be scaled by modifiers to non-damaging ailment effect.

Each consume buff has an independent duration of 4s; this duration cannot be refreshed.

. The replacement of all ten corpses on desecrate meant that the monster was not considered shocked very briefly between casts, allowing for near-infinite Mana recovery and increased Burning Damage, the latter which was used on a variant of the Wormblaster.
