Blastchain Mine Support

Functioning

This support gem changes the linked spell into a spell-mine: Instead of casting the spell, a mine is placed at the players location. A temporary detonation skill becomes available, which can be used to activate the mine on command, releasing the core spell with added damage as show in the table below.
