Arcane Surge is a buff that causes the grants bonus spell damage, cast speed, and mana regeneration.

Mechanics

Arcane Surge grants the following:

• 10% + floor(1 * [lvl-1])% More Spell Damage
• 10% + floor(0.5 * [lvl-1])% Increased Cast Speed
• 0.5% + floor(0.025 * [lvl-1])% of maximum Mana Regenerated per second

Place into an item socket connected to a socket containing the Skill Gem you wish to augment. Right click to remove from a socket. gem. Arcane Surge lasts 4 seconds by default.

The stat (0.5-1%) of Mana Regenerated per second is scaled by X% increased Mana Regeneration Rate stats. See Mana.
