Arcane Surge
Arcane Surge is a buff that grants bonus spell damage, cast speed, and mana regeneration.
Mechanics
Arcane Surge lasts 4 seconds by default. Unless otherwise stated, Arcane Surge granted from equipment, passive skills, and Ascendancy passive skills assume a level 1 support gem:
- 10% more Spell Damage
- 10% increased Cast Speed
- 0.5% of Mana Regenerated per second

The stat (0.5-1%) of Mana Regenerated per second is considered base regeneration rate, which is scaled by x% increased Mana Regeneration Rate stats. See Mana.
