This skill was released accidentally in Version 1.1.0 and was removed until Version 1.1.5.[1][2]
Skill Functions and Interactions
Ball Lightning is a slow moving projectile, that strikes targets with bolts of lighting around itself. Lightning bolts strike targets every 200 milliseconds and each target cannot be hit more often than this.
