Permanently Afflicts any of your damageable minions in a targeted area, causing them to take physical damage over time, at an accelerating rate. Each such minion causes you to regenerate life at a rate based on the current damage of it's Affliction debuff. Afflicted Minions explode if their life is lowered to a fifth of maximum.
Base radius is 3 metres You Regenerate Life per second equal to 20% of total Affliction Damage per second on all Afflicted Minions Afflicted Minions Explode when reduced to a fifth of Life, dealing 50% of their Life as Physical Damage to surrounding Enemies Afflicted Minions take 8% of their Life as Physical Damage over Time, increasing this value by 100% each second

Affliction is a hex curse skill that can only target your own minions. Affected minions take physical damage over time while giving you life regeneration and explode when below 20% life.

This is one of the three mutually exclusive curses that can be acquired from selecting the Black Mass skill on the Warlock of the Mists Wildwood ascendancy class in the Affliction league.
