Tarred Ground
Debuff
Your movement speed is reduced while standing in tar
Tarred ground is a detrimental ground effect that applies the Tarred Ground debuff (or colloquially known as Tar debuff). Tarred ground stacks with chilling the monster via cold damage. It does not affect the speed the monsters perform actions at, only their movement speed.[1]
Sources
- Certain zombies, as well as Brine Vassal, which spread tar when destroyed
- Projectiles fired by Noisome Ophidian
- Heist monster (in Prohibited Library tileset for example) use skills that spread tarred grounds
