This passive skill can only appear when placing cluster jewels into the player character's skill tree.
The mod can only appear in a Medium Cluster JewelMedium Cluster JewelPlace into an allocated Medium or Large Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Added passives do not interact with jewel radiuses.
