Whoever Ahn was, judging by the flavour text their related items, it is heavily implied that he originated from the Proto-Vaal. It is yet unconfirmed if he indeed was the First King or if it was someone else.

Alternative theories speculate the First King's name as "Uzaza", as the three Uzaza's rings reference the First King in the flavour text. The three Ahkeli's rings reference The Clayshaper, and it is known that Ahkeli is indeed the name of The Clayshaper.
