Mechanics

Grants Summon Harbinger of Brutality Skill: This modifier grants the Summon Harbinger of Brutality skill, which summons an immortal Harbinger minion.

Once every 20 seconds, the Harbinger of Brutality minion will apply a buff to the character called "The Enmity Divine". The buff lasts 8 seconds and grants the following bonuses:

• 50% increased damage
• 15% reduced damage taken
• 30% increased attack speed
• 30% increased movement speed
