Skill Functions and Interactions
The summoned Harbinger is immortal, and will occasionally apply the The Enmity Divine buff on the player. The Enmity Divine lasts 8 seconds, with a cooldown of 40 seconds, and grants the following benefits:
- 50% increased Damage
- 40% Damage Reduction
- 30% increased Attack Speed
- 30% increased Movement Speed
