Vortex is a cold spell that explodes dealing damage in area around the player and leaves a ground effect that chills (similar to chilling ground) and deals cold damage over time.[1]

Skill Functions and Interactions

  • The Vortex consists of two parts: explosion and a ground effect.
  • Stacking: If an enemy is standing over multiple vortex ground effects,only the one with the highest damage per second will cause damage at any given moment. This is consistent with other damage over time ground effects, such as caustic cloud and burning ground.
