The first 4 mods of the replica is the same as the original. However, this version has the mods (10-30)% increased Elusive Effect and 10% increased Movement Speed if you've Hit an Enemy Recently instead. (Original version has mods for evasion/onslaught and dodge/phasing.)

Replica Three-step Assault has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced. Replicas can be obtained from Curio Displays in the final reward rooms of any Grand Heist.
