The Chaos Damage mod will benefit any skill which hits an enemy, including spells.

The Energy Shield regeneration mod is not found on any other items except for Shavronne's RevelationShavronne's Revelation

35 mana regeneration per second equals the natural passive mana regeneration one would get from 2000 mana.
