Modifiers

Kaom's Heart provides a significant boost to base life and increased fire damage, but it cannot have sockets.

Kaom's Heart has a legacy variant.

Be forewarned that using a Divine OrbDivine OrbStack Size: 20Randomises the values of the random modifiers on an itemRight click this item then left click a magic, rare or unique item to apply it. on a legacy Kaom's Heart will update the maximum Life modifier to the current, lower value. The increased Fire Damage modifier will not be added.
