** The removal of '''Gaze into the Abyss''' and [[Inevitable Ambush]] probably related to version 3.20.0 changes that the dev feels "the Atlas Passive Tree creates pressure to only run pinnacle boss content when you're specced into Atlas Passives that will maximise your rewards, hoarding as much of a given type of content as you can before running it and speccing back out of it" so that they "removed Atlas Passives that increase the amount of rewards from limited content such as Shaper, Elder, The Searing Exarch, The Eater of Worlds, and The Maven." However, both '''Gaze into the Abyss''' and Inevitable Ambush are still in-game as of version 3.20.<ref name="Sentinelatlastree">{{cite web|url=https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3265504|title=The Atlas Passive Tree in Path of Exile: Sentinel|date=May 10, 2022|accessdate=April 16, 2023|publisher=Official Path of Exile Forums|author=Community_Team}}</ref>

Gaze into the Abyss was an atlas passive skill.

It granted The Elder (Red Elder) and its Uber/Uber Uber version a +10% chance to drop a Watcher's EyeWatcher's Eye

they had no hope of understanding, let alone defeating,
and one by one, they became a part of it.

, of which has an undisclosed base drop chance. It is still assumed that you must keep the Shaper alive in the Red Elder boss fight.

It also makes The Shaper (Unconfirmed: Whether it includes the version in the Uber Elder fight) drop +3 rare items with Shaper Influence.

The notable probably also works for Elder and Shaper in the Maven's Invitation: The FearedMaven's Invitation: The FearedModifiers to Item Quantity will affect the number of encounter rewards dropped
The Maven must Witness:
Cortex,
Chayula's Domain,
The Alluring Abyss,
The Shaper's Realm,
Absence of Value and Meaning
For those who must not endure it,
there may be found a perverse joy
in watching the struggle for survival.
