Effective Additional/More Critical Strike Chance

Take your critical strike chance as (x*100)%. The chance of not hitting a critical while under the effect of a Diamond Flask is: (1-x)^2. Therefore;

New crit chance = 1 - (1-x)^2 = 2x - x^2

Additional crit chance = x - x^2

More crit chance = 1 - x

(11-15)% chance to gain a Flask Charge when you deal a Critical Strike prefix on a Diamond Flask.

3.15.0	Diamond Flask no longer grants 'Your Critical Strike Chance is Lucky'. It now grants 100% increased Critical Strike Chance. The Surgeon's Flask Prefix can now roll on Diamond Flasks. Diamond Flask item class now "Utility Flasks" instead of "Utility Flask Critical".
