Hits can't be evaded

Hits can't be evaded is a modifier on a weapon that will ignore accuracy and evasion, for an effective 100% chance to hit its target.

This modifier has the same effect as using the Resolute Technique keystone, with the notable exception of the critical stike chances of the character using it staying the same.

Note that accuracy and evasion statistics are ignored, hence a hit that is rolled critical will not be checked to determine if the critical is evaded or not[1]. This means that the modifier "hits can't be evaded" is really strong for critical builds, which are usually suffering a lot from poor accuracy, through the double "chances to hit" check (see critical strike mechanics for details about this).
