Victario Nevalius or known as Victario, the People's Poet or just Victario, is a historical figure of the Wraeclast.

Lore

According to The Purity Chronicles, Victario was one of the warriors under the High Templar Voll during the Purity Rebellion .

However, unlike Voll, Lord Mayor Ondar, Archbishop Geofri or Commander Adus, in present in-game timeline, Victario (as well as Kastov) did not turn into undead or ghost that still wandering in the Wraeclast.
