The Goddess Unleashed is a one-handed sword, but does not allow a shield or another one-handed melee weapon to be equipped in the off-hand slot.

Mechanics

Her Blessing is a 3 second debuff that deals you 33% of your max life/ES as fire damage over time. It is not an ignite status ailment but it can be mitigated with fire resistance.

This weapon talks. Almost all dialogue is quest-based so it's best to start using it from the very start of Merciless. There are about 30 quest related dialogues.

Drop restrictions

The Goddess Scorned will not appear in loot drops and can only be obtained with a vendor recipe.

The following riddle was introduced to solve the vendor recipe.
