The prophecy system was removed from the game in version 3.17.0. Itemised prophecies no longer exist in Path of Exile.
The Feral Lord is a five-part prophecy chain. Completing it drops Yriel's KeyYriel's KeyStack Size: 10Lord of the Wild, of the feral and frenzied,
of the uncivilized, the untamed, the untouched.Can be used in a personal Map Device., a component required to enter The Pale Court, and sometimes Reach of the Council.
