The Pale Court is an end-game area where the battle with The Pale Council takes place.

The map itself does not drop as an item. It is accessed via map device by placing the "Pale Court Set" of fragments (Eber's KeyEber's KeyStack Size: 10Mouth of the Masses, whose greatness spreads by our breath and touch,
who feeds the starving with the starved, the strong with the weak.
Can be used in a personal Map Device.
, Inya's KeyInya's KeyStack Size: 10The Infinite Mind, unbound by the tethers of sanity,
whose thirst for knowledge is all-consuming,
whose every word stands our hair on end.

, Yriel's KeyYriel's KeyStack Size: 10Lord of the Wild, of the feral and frenzied,

and Volkuur's KeyVolkuur's KeyStack Size: 10She of Many Bodies, whose very flesh unites all,

) in correct order.

Those fragments are the rewards from completing the following prophecies chains: Unbearable Whispers, The Plaguemaw, The Feral Lord, and The Unbreathing Queen.

Boss

Mechanics

Upon taking a portal from the map device, one will enter a small preparation room with no monsters. This ready room has a staircase to the main arena, which will start the fight.

At the start of the fight, all the bosses will be invulnerable with a purple shield around them. Shortly upon entering the arena, a random boss will become vulnerable and begin attacking. At 75% health remaining, the initial boss will become invulnerable again, and a different boss will become vulnerable and attack. This process is repeated until each boss has 75% HP, when a similar process is repeated at 50%, and 25%.

As the bosses take more damage, they will summon their pets that you faced during the earlier prophecy stages. Drop Bears, Whispering Tomes, Undying Hero, etc. These are mostly for potion charges and are comparable to magic monsters.

For overall difficulty, each boss is slightly harder than the final step in the prophecy. This makes the fight fairly easy compared to regular Atziri.

During the final round as bosses begin to die, they don't typically drop loot. Only the last boss slain will, which also determines which unique council item the player will receive.

Once all four bosses have been slain, a town portal will open in the middle of the arena, allowing the player to exit. Re-entering from the hideout will however place the player in the initial starting room.

Items from bosses

One of the following unique items drops depending on the last boss slain. It is random and can't be controlled by the player.
