Mechanics

• Evasion Rating is increased by Overcapped Cold Resistance: Overcapped Resistance is the amount by which Uncapped Resistance is higher than Maximum Resistance For example, the character has 100% uncapped resistance and has the default 75% maximum resistance cap, then the Evasion Rating is increased by 25%. This is additive to other source of increase/reduce evasion/defence mod.
• The Versatile Combatant mod has the same effect as the Versatile Combatant keystone. Taking the keystone in addition to equipping this item will impart no additional benefit.
