Mechanics

#% of Damage dealt by your Mines is Leeched to you as Life: this modifier allows each mine hit to apply a leech instance directly to the player. The player's leech stats apply, including recovery modifiers, while-leeching stats, and Ghost Reaver.

• Because dead objects cannot leech, this modifier is best used with skills that hit quickly after detonation. Hits inflicted after the mine has completed its attack or cast time and died will be unable to benefit from this modifier.

Machina Mitts can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. Machina Mitts belongs to a special group of unique items called league-specific items, which can be obtained from certain divination cards and other sources in addition to their normal acquisition methods.
