Mechanics

• Lose all Frenzy Charges on reaching Maximum Frenzy Charges to make the next Bow Attack you perform fire that many additional Arrows will store additional arrows until you make a Bow Attack.
• +(30-50)% Global Critical Strike Multiplier while you have a Frenzy Charge - by having a minimum Frenzy Charge (e.g. from Disciple of the Slaughter), the Global Crit Multi will also apply to the attack that lost the Frenzy Charges.
• (20-40)% chance to gain a Frenzy Charge for each Enemy you hit with a Critical Strike can grant multiple Frenzy Charges per attack or cast, unlike other sources of Frenzy Charge on Crit (which are limited to one per attack or cast) due to specifying "for each enemy hit".

The Gluttonous Tide has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.
