The Soul of Yugul is a Minor god within The Pantheon. It is automatically captured by Sin after the player kills Yugul, Reflection of Terror in Act 8.

In order to upgrade Yugul, players need to follow the upgrading guide and capture the following souls:

3.16.0	No longer grants 50% chance to Reflect Enemy Chills and Freezes. Instead, it now grants 50% chance to Reflect Hexes, and “You and your Minions take 50% reduced Reflected Damage” (previously 25%). Upgraded Soul of Yugul now grants 30% reduced Effect of Curses on You (previously 20%).
3.15.0	Upgraded Soul of Yugul Pantheon power no longer grants 5% reduced Cold Damage taken if you've been Hit Recently, now grants 20% reduced Effect of Curses on you.
3.5.0	(Not in patch note) The map bosses you are required to defeat to upgrade your Pantheon are mostly shuffled with new map series that released in each new league since this patch.
3.1.0	The map bosses you are required to defeat to upgrade your Pantheon have, for the most part, changed.
3.0.0	Introduced to the game.
