Mechanics

While you have this item equipped, you cannot recover energy shield in any way, whether from regeneration, recharge, leech, etc.

The modifiers that grant bonus life regeneration for energy shield threshold will stack. At 1500 maximum energy shield, it grants 300 life regeneration per second.[1]

The item mod can stack with Immortal Ambition.

Item acquisition

Mask of the Spirit Drinker has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced. Mask of the Spirit Drinker can only be obtained from a chest inside the tier 3 incursion room Sanctum of Immortality (upgraded from Pools of Restoration).
