Bonuses from the Accuracy Mastery can be allocated for one passive point after allocating a notable passive skill within an applicable cluster.
The % more Accuracy Rating against Unique Enemies / at Close Range passives do not affect per-accuracy bonuses such as ObscurantisObscurantis
