Blessings of Uul-Netol can only drop from the Breachlord Uul-Netol within her own domain, accessed by using Uul-Netol's Breachstone in the map device.

Blessings of Uul-Netol can be used to upgrade specific Breach unique items found within Breaches containing Physical monsters.
