Mechanics

Immutable Force provides a large amount of stun and block recovery. Because effective stun duration appears to round to a near server frame, higher values of stun recovery will improve the chance a stun animation will last for fewer frames. A breakpoint appears to exist at a total of 961%, beyond which there is no further benefit.

Even with high recovery, stun still interrupts.
