Mechanics

#% of Life Leech applies to enemies as Chaos Damage means that the life leech your exile have will, additon to healing your exile as normally, also deal #% times that leeched life as Chaos Damage to that exact mob that you leeched from at the same time as you leech. Think of it as a Life leech that steals life from your enemy.

Having Vaal Pact instant heal you for the leech and therefor instant deal #% Chaos damage of what you healed.

#% of Life Leech applies to enemies as Chaos Damage cannot be modified by damage modifiers, because it's technically reflected damage.

#% of Life Leech applies to enemies as Chaos Damage only works when your exile actually heal from leech as your exile is unable to leech if there is nothing to fill up.
