Supreme Decadence is a keystone passive skill which causes life recovery from flasks to also apply to energy shield, but reduces the recovery amount. Life flask effects are still removed on full life. The amount recovered is based on the life recovery, regardless of your maximum Energy Shield value.
This keystone is not on the default character skill tree. See #Related unique items for item needed to have this keystone.
