Replica Nebulis is neither synthesised nor fractured, therefore it does not have synthesised implicit modifiers or fractured explicit modifiers.

Unlike the original version, the replica version scales the damage with missing resistance. Missing resistance is the amount your resistance is below the maximum.

Item acquisition

Replica Nebulis has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced. Replicas can be obtained from Curio Displays in the final reward rooms of any Grand Heist.
