Modifiers

Replica Nebulis is neither synthesised nor fractured, therefore it does not have synthesised implicit modifiers or fractured explicit modifiers.

Unlike the regular version, which cares about your capped resistances above 75%, the replica version scales the damage with missing resistances. Missing resistance is the amount your resistance is below the maximum. A character only needs to be 20% to 15% (depending on the (15-20)% roll) under the maximum to cap its effects (can lower with certain heist enchantments). A player with default 75% max resistance can cap effects with a max roll Replica Nebulis with 60% Fire/Cold resistance.

Item acquisition

Replica Nebulis has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced. Replicas can be obtained from Curio Displays in the final reward rooms of any Grand Heist.
