Aspect of the Panther has been removed from the skill tree on version 3.16.0.

Aspect of the Panther was a notable passive skill that grants increased weapon damage, attack speed and chance to block attack damage while dual wielding. It also grants additional base maximum life.

3.11.0	Many passive skill clusters offered the same thing as other clusters, with the only differences being the location on the tree and the number of passive skills in the cluster. We also wanted to reduce the power of some clusters that were overly efficient, and increase the power of clusters that were inefficient. (Not in patch notes): Now grants Attack Skills deal 15% increased Damage while Dual Wielding (down from 16%). Now grants 20% increased Evasion Rating. No longer grants +10 to maximum Life.
3.10.0	(Undocumented): No longer grants Attack Skills deal 16% increased Damage with Ailments while Dual Wielding. No longer grants 16% increased Weapon Damage while Dual Wielding. Instead, it now grants Attack Skills deal 16% increased Damage while Dual Wielding.
3.7.0	We've changed virtually every weapon cluster to some degree. (Undocumented): Now grants +3% Chance to Block Attack Damage while Dual Wielding (up from 2%). No longer grants 16% increased Physical Weapon Damage while Dual Wielding. Instead, it now grants 16% increased Weapon Damage while Dual Wielding.
3.4.0	Chance to Block and Chance to Block Spells have been reworked. Previously there were several different modifiers that applied in different ways but achieved the same thing. No longer grants 2% additional Block Chance while Dual Wielding. Instead, it now grants +2% Chance to Block Attack Damage while Dual Wielding.
3.0.0	All weapon passive skill clusters except those for wands and staves now grant some increased Damage with ailments from Attacks. Now grants Attack Skills deal 16% increased Damage with Ailments while Dual Wielding.
0.11.2	Heart of the Panther has been changed to Aspect of the Panther and now offers 16% Physical Damage with One Handed Weapons instead of 4%, 6% Attack Speed with One Handed Weapons instead of 4%. It no longer offers Dexterity, but instead offers 10 maximum Life and 4% Movement Speed.
