This page is about the game mechanic. For the support gem, see Knockback (support gem).

Whenever you score a knockback the target will be slightly pushed away from you. A knockback does not stun or interrupt the targets actions.[1]

Knockback always pushes the target away from the caster, for instance if a projectile chains from a farther-away enemy and hits a closer enemy in the back, the closer enemy will still be pushed away from the caster.

The default knockback distance is 4 Units.
