Champion of the Hollows is one of the three bosses of Crystal Ore Map. It has Phylacteral Link bloodline modifier, which made the bosses to take turn to be invincible. The other two bosses are the Lord of the Hollows and the Messenger of the Hollows.

Champion of the Hollows is a unique Pocked Goliath. However, there is no unique Pocked Goliath during the Acts, making the map boss is the first appearance of unique monster of this type. Sand Goliath (in The Quarry's boss room) is similar to this monster but the map boss is released earlier then all of the new Part 2 monsters.
