Obtaining

Blessings of Uul-Netol can only drop from the Breachlord Uul-Netol within his own domain, accessed by using Uul-Netol's Breachstone in the map device.

Spending

Blessings of Uul-Netol can be used to upgrade specific Breach unique items found within Breaches containing Physical monsters.
