Blood Magic is a keystone passive skill which removes all mana, and causes you to spend life instead of mana for skills. Skills that reserve mana will now reserve life instead. The cost of skills is calculated normally, so reduced mana cost or reduced mana reservation modifiers will reduce the amount of life used.
Casting a spell that would reserve 100% of your mana with this keystone will kill the player instantly. For example Spell Totem + Purity of Elements (250% cost multiplier of a 40% reserve aura for a 100% reserve cost, which will reserve all your health).
Eldritch Battery will not give you back your mana, it will merely remove your energy shield. Mana regeneration will have no effect on a character with Blood Magic.
